order fulfillment

All orders are shipped worldwide from the United States. We do our best to process and ship in-stock items within 3–5 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details straight to your inbox.

domestic shipping(US)

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, you will be able to choose from standard shipping (5-7 days) and expedited shipping (2 days). Please note that delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. All packages are shipped via traceable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

international shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, with delivery typically taking 2–4 weeks depending on your location and customs processing times. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for expedited shipping, exchanges or returns, and all international sales are final.

Please note: customs, import fees, VATs, and other international taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.

return policy

We hope you love your Estudio Haven piece, but we understand if you’ve received something and realize it’s not quite the right fit for you. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations are part of their unique beauty. When ordering multiples, we do our best to match pieces as closely as possible—and we’re always happy to work with you to make sure you’re fully satisfied.

Please note: custom made pieces along with discounted and sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

domestic return:

We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email connect@estudio-haven.com with the subject line “RETURN” and include your order number, purchase date, and email address used at checkout. Upon receiving your return and inspecting, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection. Once approved, please allow 5 - 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

domestic exchange:

We accept returns for an exchange within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to request an exchange, email connect@estudio-haven.com with the subject “EXCHANGE,” along with your order details and the item(s) you would like to exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.

international return:

At this time, we do not accept international returns. If something isn’t right, reach out to connect@estudio-haven.com — we will do our best to make it right.

damaged and lost items

We are so sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected.

If your item arrived damaged, please reach out to connect@estudio-haven.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, when possible, offer a refund or help file a claim with the carrier.

If your order was lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we’re unable to guarantee its delivery, but we're happy to support you however we can.
